i didnt really enjoyed it. there were lots of work and problems (wif kids) at skool. There's like no end to work. yea, it's jst sept ... u've got 10 mor months till term ends.
took time off to clear my mind sometimes ... catch some sleep and enjoy some quiet time. Jen and I'd tea at Four Seasons last Sat. Nice atmosphere and view but poor food.
October begins ...
it begins with a nice set of holidays ... thurs, fri, sat and sun. Though there'z dance practice on all days, i can definitely get some gd quality sleep to have the energy to finish some of the outstanding jobs.
Ciao! I'm currently in Rome, living at a convent. Yes, a convent with the nuns and other missionaries. Life is very different compared to living in the 5-star hotels in Florence and Venice. There's no air-con and there's plenty of work to do apart from sightseeing. this is a typical day here...
6:45am - Wake up 7-7:30am - Mass 7:40-8:20am - Breakfast 8:20-9:20am - Sweeping the yard/housework 9:30-7pm - sightseeing (will have to come back earlier if we are in charge of cooking dinner) 7-8pm - Dinner + washing up 9pm - evening prayer 9:30-late - Games!!! (young ones only - which includes us)
The environment here is very peaceful and quiet and we can see the Vatican City from our house. It's just beautiful
3 more days and im off to Italy. i've been very much enjoying my summer holidays after school's ended. sometimes i needa go back to school to oversee morning dance practics. but most of the time, i stay in bed and read til i need to grab some food or needa go else where to meet ppl. i sleep at 7 if there's no dinner appointments and wake up at 7ish the following day. it's wonderful to have plenty of good sleep.
most of my friends have gone for holidays already and that's why i can afford to have plenty of rest. anyways, im going to mine soon and it's be a fabulous one!
i jst dunt understand why there are so many things to do each day. why do i have the impression that life's much easier when exam starts? i've meetings almost every day, minutes to type up, data to analyse and report, occassional dance practice and of course, squeeze time for afternoon naps.
mum went for a really minor surgury this afternoon to get rid of a lump on her nose. it's not canerous, jst a medium sized lump. i got her out of the hospital and i dunt dare to look at her nose with stitches. it sends shivers up my spine. but im sure she will recover soon.
when my sister returns this sat, i'll be happy again .
